It seems Carnaby is the place to be this Christmas.
From today until Christmas Eve, Kingly Court will be hosting a Christmas Market 'Chapter One'. The market will be selling products from a number of "exciting and unique brands, artists and designers" and on Thursdays there will be live entertainment, mulled wine and "edible treats".
Once we've stuffed ourselves with mulled wine and mince pies, we are also invited to Barnardo's exclusive pop-up vintage boutique on Broadwick Street, running from Friday until 10th January. The boutique celebrates "all things 80's" with key vintage pieces donated by icons of the 80's including Shirley Bassey as well as items from today's celebrities and "vintage fashion accessories for men and women". American Apparel have even joined the fun by adding their retro touch to the window displays.
Every Sunday throughout December, there will also be complimentary mince pies, beer, mulled wine and nibbles on offer in various stores in the Newburgh Quarter, as well as discounts and free gifts (when you purchase something).
I'm hoping to get myself over there at some point to have a look around. Plus mulled wine is one of my favourite Christmas time drinks (hot chocolate & Baileys is the other)!
I'd even go along just to see the Christmas decorations! See November's Blog Post:
